Do we believe that eveyrthing happens for the best in life?
Some people say 'yes'. And yet, some others say that it is not true.
What is our view?
Sometimes bad things happen that make us sad, upset and painful. So how can we say that everything happens for good? If God is so boundlessly loving, powerful and omniscient, how could evil exist in this world and how could bad things happen to our lives?
This is a very genuine human question. But a tough one to answer, isn't it?
When bad things happen we question God. We blame Him and become bitter.
But instead of asking "Why did this bad thing happen in my life", a better question to ask would be "What good did this bring?"
In fact if we are patient and intelligent enough, we can really come to know that everything happens for a purpose. But how?
When something doesn't happen the way we expect it to happen, but instead takes an exact opposite direction, instead of blaming God or others ask the following questions:
What good did this bring?
What did I learn from this?
How can I use this happening to make myself stronger and a better person?
How can I turn this into an advantage?
These questions are really powerful. They have the potential of changing our lives into a much better situation.
When unfortunate things happens don't perceive ourselves as a victim. Probably this may be the best and the most fortunate thing that ever happened to us.
When life gives us lemon, make lemonade. Yes. When bad things happen in life, try to get a miracle.
